Black Friday

In the past, we always slept in on Black Friday. The savings never justified the chaos, lines and general insanity; it wasn't worth it. This year, however, we braved the madding crowd and went out in search of LEGO.

We researched which places had the best sales and luckily for us, it wasn't a high traffic store like Best Buy or Walmart. It was Barnes and Noble. I know, right?! But they have a pretty large Lego section.

So, we had no problems finding parking and virtually no waiting in line. In and out within 5 minutes. Of course, we did have to drive to multiple locations but it was worth it. Here's our Black Friday LEGO haul - these are just in our in store purchases. We got everything for 50% off or more.



We have a few more things coming in the mail on Monday but I think this should tide us over until the New Year. I think.
